Spur, a digital staffing agency, seeks a hard-working and punctual Program Facilitator for Alternative PathsTraining School.

The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, adhering to the rules and guidelines set by the school and Spur. This position's primary responsibilities are implementing individualized applied behavior programming,

including direct 1:1 treatment.

Duties expected of this position are:

• Supervising students consistently during designated hours.

• Use the basic principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), such as reinforcement, prompting, and shaping techniques.

• Teach social and daily living skills.

• Effectively respond to and minimize complex or disruptive behaviors.

• Create a fun, motivating experience to generate the highest level of performance for every individual.

• Collect data on programming targets and utilize an online system to enter, track, and view progress.

• Provide support to parents, teachers, and caregivers to make the most of their efforts in making our programs universal across all areas of the child's environment.

• Implement programs designed by the program.

Compensation

• 
  This position pays $18.27/hour

• Job Hours: 7:30 - 3:30 Monday - Friday when school is in session. (Hours vary per location)
