Spur, a digital staffing agency, seeks a hard-working and punctual Golf Pro Shop Associate in Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, adhering to the rules and guidelines set by the Town of Palm Beach. The primary duty of this position will be to check golfers in on the Point of Sale computer, answer the phones, and provide customer service to the golfers who come to play. Job demands standing on your feet for 4-6 hours daily, multi-tasking, and working weekends and holidays. Hours are 6:30 AM-12 PM OR 12 PM-6 PM. Candidates are expected to represent the Town positively and professionally. Prior retail experience, customer service skills, and a knowledge of golf are a plus.

Job Description 

POS / Microsoft computer experience  

Accountable for all sales and money transactions  

Knowledge of the game of golf  

Exemplary customer service skills  

Must be willing to work a dedicated schedule that includes weekends and holidays  

Opening shift: 6:30 am - 12 pm  

Closing shift: 12 pm - 6 pm  

Must have a valid driver's license  

A background check and drug screen will be performed  

Pay is based on experience level

Compensation 

This position pays $ 12.00 - $17.00 an hour based on experience
