Spur Staffing is looking for dedicated tutors for Elementary and Middle School Aged Students, committed to providing a positive, supportive, and collaborative environment that fosters growth and learning to join the Spur Staffing and Axiom Learning Family servicing the Baltimore County Public School District. Spur Staffing and Axiom Learning are seeking dynamic professionals with a desire to invoke positive change in the lives of young children and their families through a rewarding position as a tutor for Elementary and Middle School Aged Students.

Position Highlights:

Provide Math and English language art support to students in the Baltimore County Public Schools District-working with Elementary and Middle School Aged Students

Schedule:

We are looking for tutors who are available during and after school.

Opportunities:

Instructor Responsibilities:

Provide academic support to students in the Baltimore County Public Schools District.

Prepare weekly and quarterly reports on student progress.

Offer updates on student development, addressing any questions or concerns.

Lead initiatives that align with Axiom's mission to enhance student learning outcomes.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or holding a B.A./B.S. Degree in Education

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational abilities with a commitment to follow through on tasks

Previous work experience in teaching or a related field is preferred

Salary Description: $30-$42 p/hr Depending on experience
