Spur, a digital staffing agency, seeks a hard-working and punctual Long-Term Substitute Teacher for Best Brains Learning Center.

The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, adhering to the rules and guidelines set by the school and Spur. This position's primary responsibilities are to ensure optimal student safety and well-being and to create a safe, stimulating learning environment for all students.

Duties expected of this position are:

• Supervising students consistently during designated hours.
• Teaching enrichment lessons.
• Leading students in a variety of structured and unstructured activities.
• Ensure proper student behavior and follow the designated behavior management system.
• Ensuring that school spaces are kept clean and organized.
• Performing other duties as assigned Requirements.
• Friendly and approachable attitude.
• Prior related experience working with children.
• Punctual and professional.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Able to lift heavy objects to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Washington State Background Check
• Washington State Teaching Certificate

Compensation

• This position pays $20.00/hour
• Job Hours: Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:20 PM - 7:30 PM, and Saturdays: 9:50 AM - 12:00 PM. (Hours vary per location)
